Recently, I had the opportunity to attend the 4-Hour Work Day workshop by Harish Marnad, focusing on GPT technology. While the promises were grand, the reality left much to be desired.
Just like others we read about Harish Marnad’s workshop on Google about how they conduct some good workshops. That is how I will describe my experience in a nutshell, but let’s understand why I am saying this and rated this workshop a solid 2/5. Let’s get into the details.

The workshop began with a lengthy introduction session, where participants shared their backgrounds. Harish shadowed an extensive overview of his life, accomplishments, and success stories. This set the tone for what was to come, but unfortunately, the promises made did not quite align with the delivery.
Over-explanation can be negative sometimes, isn’t it? That’s what happened during the session. Harish was stretching a single topic for too long which got boring at times plus also decreased the will to further watch it.
Content Review
The core content of the workshop centred around the “focus funnel” and various productivity tools, including ChatGPT. However, the workshop seemed to need more depth, offering only basic knowledge about ChatGPT, leaving participants expecting more significance.
Throughout the workshop, technical glitches were uncontrolled. These interruptions disrupted the flow and made it challenging to stay engaged. For a workshop that praises productivity, these hiccups were inefficient and frustrating for attendees.
Sales Pitch Interruption
The most disappointing aspect of the workshop was the untimely interruption of a sales pitch. Just one hour into the session, Harish began promoting his premium masterclass titled “Master Your Luck,” valued at Rs 42,000 but currently offered at an 84% discount for the workshop participants, bringing the price down to Rs 7,000.
The sudden shift from workshop content to a sales pitch raised eyebrows. Participants felt pressured and were left wondering if the workshop was more about selling courses than delivering valuable content. This shift in focus detracted from the overall learning experience.
