As an aspiring data analyst seeking to enhance my skills in Power BI, I eagerly enrolled in Aditi Gupta’s Master Power BI Using DLTVR Workshop. I am here to present an honest review of the workshop and help other data geeks decide whether it’s useful for them or not.
With promises of comprehensive training in Power BI and practical insights into data Analytics, I had high hopes for this course. However, my experience fell far short of expectations, leaving me deeply disappointed and regretful of my investment.
Let’s understand the reason behind my disappointment.

Introduction
The session started with a quick introduction to the workshop about what will be covered in the session. She even promised we’ll be making an end-to-end project based on Power BI.
Aditi Gupta promised everything would be covered from scratch which was followed by her brief introduction. Her introduction sounded too good to be true but won’t lie I held my hopes too high after hearing her intro.
Followed by it she discussed the agenda of the workshop. The start sounded too nice but my happiness didn’t last long.
All About Power BI
Soon after the introduction the session moved forward with a deep discussion about Power BI. The content of it was poorly organized, lacking coherence and structure. Instead of a systematic approach to learning Power BI, the workshop felt like a disjointed collection of random tutorials, leaving participants struggling to grasp fundamental concepts.
In the Race to cover everything, she failed to cover the depths of the content. It felt like all she wanted was to cover as many things as possible irrespective of whether we could grasp it or not.
Content Quality
I felt most of the promises made by the mentor were false and they could not meet the hype created by them. They claimed to teach things from the start but when the project building started, some of the things were being rushed especially for someone new to this field.
The content structure was good, but she failed to deliver it effectively leaving us all getting confused and regretting our decision to attend this workshop. She was rushing things even if we were able to load data on Power BI or not, she didn’t wait and processed irrespectively.
Interactions
The session was about 5 hours long, but I was finding it too difficult to not get distracted or bored by the session. She was asking questions to us but our queries weren’t cleared effectively.
The session could have been more interactive in a better way which could have helped us in a better understanding of the session. My expectations were hitting rock bottom with each second passing.
Conclusion
My overall experience was literally one of the worst among all the sessions I attended of Power BI. Even though the session was long enough to learn and explain things, the mentor still rushed things in order to complete them as soon as possible.
I would not recommend this workshop to anyone. I would rate my experience a solid 1/5.
