Enrolling in courses and workshops has become a popular trend, influencing many students. Individuals are now very influenced by it. So I recently enrolled my name for the workshop titled “Learn Advanced MS Excel” by one of the leading companies, Ira Edu Tech. They claimed themselves as India’s No. 1.
So I am here to give my contribution by providing an honest review of this workshop on this blog. I will share a legit and genuine review of this workshop, sharing both the positives and negatives I encountered throughout the entire experience.

Overview of Advanced MS Excel Workshop
First and foremost, I researched the company to understand its current standing in the market. Is it really a genuine source or not? I literally got 1 hour of actual learning. It appeared to be a reputable tech company, which led me to invest 499 INR in their course.
However, my overall experience with the workshop revealed various pain points that make me doubtful of the value of this choice. In this blog, I will outline and address each of these concerns to help fellow readers.
About the Trainee: Raj Singh
As they have mentioned, Raj Singh is considered one of the most experienced mentors in the field of Microsoft Excel. He trained many corporate employees at MNCs. But frankly speaking, I personally find his teaching style unattractive.
He speaks at a snail’s speed, and this makes the workshop so dull and boring. Most of the time, he deviates from the content to engage in self-promotion.
About the Structure and Content of the Workshop
The workshop content was extremely basic and designed exclusively for beginners. The knowledge of Excel given by the mentors was at a primary level. Solely focusing on basic data and pivot table operations.
It is disappointing, considering the workshop was advertised as an opportunity to learn advanced MS Excel. The difference between the course name and the actual content provided is disheartening.
Unwanted Sales of Advanced Course
In the end, they started talking about their super expensive program called the “9-week Data Mentorship Program.”
They said it cost Rs 24999, but if you signed up in the next 30 minutes, it would only be Rs 6999. It felt like they were trying to rush us into buying something. They claimed it was IRA-Tech data analytics certified. Is it really worth it?
Conclusion
In conclusion, the IRA Edu Tech workshop with Raj Singh was not what I expected, and with each minute passing, I felt my money and time getting wasted. Too much chatting, slow teaching, and not enough real learning time.
Plus, they tried to sell us this pricey program at the end. Not cool. I have invested Rs 199, hoping that I will learn something useful that will help kickstart my finance analyst journey, but it all goes in vain. Save your time and money, folks.
