### Amit Kothari Day 1 Task

Amit Kothari started the session with a warm introduction. He gave us the task of making a video of ourselves narrating a mission we had for our business. He played some of the videos submitted by the attendees to encourage us.

Also asked which participants were unable to finish the task and why, he discussed the importance of completing the task and how it can increase our confidence. He also suggested some suggestions based on videos.

### Steps for succeeding in the insurance business

Amit Kothari started the session by sharing some steps in order to achieve success in the insurance business in both offline and online mode. He first discussed the steps for offline activities and related them to online activity.

I didn’t find them so effective and felt a little confused as he kept switching his sides between online and offline. These steps were something we all already knew or could have gotten from a random YouTube video.

### Language barrier

This was something I wanted to discuss yesterday too. The whole session was completely in English and that could be a problem for some folks. We know there are people that might find it difficult to grasp so many things in English.

He could have been bilingual I guess that might have helped people to a better understanding of the workshop. I found this a little disappointing as day 2 was also in English and might have been difficult for someone out there.

### Strategies and Interaction

Throughout the workshop, he shared strategies on what we can do to convert the leads or convince the people. He shared online strategies as to what things we can do to increase our engagement towards our content.

He was interactive with all of us throughout the session but not the way he should have been. He asked us questions mostly Yes/No types and I felt bored at times because he was unable to keep the session engaging.

### Creatives and ChatGPT

As the session progressed, he showed how to create posts for social media platforms using Canva. He showed how we can take content from ChatGPT and design it in Canva to attract the target audience.

Creating posts is not rocket science in my opinion, especially in the world of AI. Although he tried his best, I know opinions might vary from person to person as per mine. I didn’t find this section interesting, Also I found his pace too fast for someone learning these things for the first time.

### Conclusion

My overall experience of the workshop was not that good nor did it match my expectations. The duration of the session was about 2-3 hours. There were moments when he taught really good things but I found the content a little confusing.
I would suggest such workshops for people who are looking to enhance their existing knowledge. This workshop can be a difficult one for someone new to the field. I would rate my experience to be 3/5**.**
