I am pretty sure you all might have heard about an Edtech company that’s offering wonderful workshops at just Rs 9. I know it’s surprising. Trust me it was for me too then I decided to attend the MS Office Using AI and ChatGPT session myself and check if it was worth the hype.
Before attending the workshop I read several reviews of Be10X and surprisingly 90% of them were positive. These reviews changed my view and I was super excited to attend the workshop and they didn’t disappoint me.
I know you all might be wondering what happened in the session so, let’s understand everything in detail.

All about Mentors and Introduction
The session was taken by the co-founder of Be10X Aditya Goenka assisted by other co-founders Aditya Kachave. They started with a brief introduction of the session followed by the introduction of the mentors themselves about how they have trained over 2 lakh 10K+ professionals. Their introduction fascinated me a lot.
He started with a conversation with us followed by explaining why we need this workshop and what will be the flow of the workshop. He then walked us through some rules for attending the workshop. Followed by which a notion link was shared for the workshop.
Excel- Everything about it
The mentor, Aditya Goenka started the session by giving us a scenario explaining how we can add data to Excel Office 365 in a couple of seconds using the OCR feature that is taken from an image. Crazy that sounds right??? I was so shocked and just thought how much time this would save.
He then explained how even if we were doing data analysis for the first time. It won’t matter, we can simply do it by asking AI some simple questions using analyze data Feature. We can even create visuals using this feature, I never thought analysis could be made this easy.
The next stop was the modern method of generating Excel formulas instead of learning them using the Formula Dog AI tool. He explained its use with the help of an example.
Second Half of the session
The be10x workshop was taken over by Aditya Kachave and he progressed by explaining how we can make PPT effortlessly in less time using ChatGPT prompts. Here comes another AI tool to convert the text to a beautiful PPT that was an Inbuilt Microsoft Designer tool. here are reviews of Be10X.
Till here the session was going so smoothly and effortlessly that I could see how true those reviews and hype were about them. Just to see what the end holds I attended the whole 3 hour session without any distractions.
Interactive and interesting session
As I mentioned above, he started the session with interaction with the audience. He handled every query that came in with so much patience without even disturbing the class nor did we get distracted because of those continuous chats or queries.
As for interaction he was connected to us from the start to the very end of the workshop. To be honest because of his interactions even the 3 hour session felt like it passed in an hour. It felt like I could sit the whole day attending their session.
Perfect Pace
What is a perfect pace according to you all? In my opinion, a perfect pace is something that makes understanding even a complicated topic super easy. This is how I will describe his pace and how he explained every topic with examples and it went straight into my head.
I have a lot of sessions but in some, I found the pace was good at the start some good at last, especially for long sessions. But things were different with the Be10X session as the mentor’s pace was good and most importantly it was the same throughout the session.
Key Takeaways
Interaction was definitely one of the highlights I would love to mention. In the start he shared that we’ll be getting bonuses worth 10,500 INR and they were really amazing. His way of handling things and explaining everything was impressive.
No company to date has ever promised something but they promised that after this workshop we’d surely save our 2 hours daily and that promise was something I saw for the very first time. I am pretty sure after this Be10x workshop I will surely save 2 hours daily.
Be10X Masterclass
By the end of the session, they introduced us to their masterclass. Where we can learn Basic to Advanced chatGPT, AI & prompt engineering, also MS Excel, PowerBI, PPT and SQL, all in one single masterclass with several benefits. I know it sounds a little unrealistic but it is true at just 10,800 INR with some insane benefits for the first 50 registrations.
Conclusion
The be10x session was almost 4 hours long but I didn’t have a second throughout the session where I felt bored or distracted. The mentors of be10x were calm and very humble which could be seen by the way they took the whole session and made it so interactive. I would recommend this workshop to everyone and will surely join the workshop again and their master class too.
