Hey peeps!!! Hope you are all doing well. I recently attended the Ultimate Success Builder Workshop by Dr Meghana Dikshit. Here is everything I want to mention about my experience.

We all face a time in our lives when we are clueless about something or other. We find it difficult to find a way out of our problems and that’s when we try to seek help. I too was facing such a situation and decided to attend this Workshop.

Enthusiastic Start

Such sessions need a great start to make them engaging and it turned out one of them. The season started with a bunch of motivational quotes flashing on our screens while we waited for the mentor. Dr Meghana Dikshit initiated the workshop with a short inspiring story about how we underestimate ourselves and are unable to identify the potential within us.

The aura of the session started feeling positive from the start itself. Sometimes all we need is a push to achieve something big or to move forward from something that’s holding us back.

Be The Autopilot of Your Success

As the session progressed She was sharing her own story with all of us about how she too used to be one of us and stressed a lot. I found her story very relatable as I was in her place today.

She also shared a story about one of her students about how he used to be anxious and disturbed, but when he decided to gather all his courage and work on himself. That was the moment when a person could become their autopilot for their success when they decide to work on themselves.

She also explained how our mental and physical health are interconnected when we are mentally disturbed, our body responds negatively towards it. She was explaining everything with minute details and utmost attention to us.

The RRR Rule By Meghana Dikshit

Dr Meghana then spilled her RRR rule- Recognise, Release, Rewrite. She started with a detailed explanation of Recognise about how we are used to settling with things even when we want more. She named these expectations as ‘Unconscious Expectations’.

She then explained how different things around us can trigger our stress, and anxiety and make us weak at times. About how these patterns can occur from anything be it our surroundings or childhood trauma. This was something I related with the most as I am too like that who gets nervous and messes things up. She taught us how we can overcome such situations.

She explained that we should control our brains and restrict such actions that can affect us in any possible way.

Interaction was Everything

Such sessions can only be made successful if they are interactive in my opinion. According to me, she kept the whole 4-hour session quite interactive as she kept on asking questions and pushed us to answer them.

Sometimes we find it hard to share certain things publicly but she framed every question in such a manner that I was comfortable enough to answer each of them. As the session progressed I became more and more comfortable and started enjoying and relating to everything she was telling us.

Use of Technical Terms

Although the session was going on effortlessly, at times she was using some technical terms. For example, while explaining the triple R rules she went to technicalities of how the brain responds and stuff which to be honest felt a little boring.

Sometimes I lost track of the session because of these terms as I was unable to process these terms. I guess not just me but a lot of the participants will relate with me on this topic.

Conclusion

In my opinion, my experience of the Meghana Dikshit‘s workshop was better than what I expected it would be. The session was 4 hours long and quite interactive but at times it felt boring too. I would recommend this workshop as it can help light up the mood. Investing your time or money won’t disappoint you but you won’t get fully satisfied either. This was all about my experience.
