Recently, I had the opportunity to participate in the STOA ChatGPT Workshop, led by Raj Kunkolienkar. My expectations were high, expecting valuable insights into the world of ChatGPT.
However, the workshop turned out to be a letdown, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied. In this detailed review, I’ll elaborate on the numerous flaws that, from my perspective, spoiled the overall workshop experience.

The Content Was Basic And Unsatisfying
One of the strong issues I experienced during the workshop was the overly simplistic nature of the content. For a workshop that promised a deep dive into the complexities of ChatGPT, the material presented by Raj Kunkolienkar was disappointingly basic.
Instead of exploring advanced features or techniques, the content seemed made for beginners, leaving those with more experience desiring more powerful insights.
Delayed Beginning of Meaningful Content:
Adding to my frustration was the prolonged delay in delving into meaningful content. Raj Kunkolienkar took one hour to initiate discussions on relevant topics.
The initial hour was dedicated solely to narrating his personal journey and detailing how he crafted LinkedIn posts using ChatGPT. While personal stories can be improved, the excessive focus on the Raj Kunkolienkar’s journey resulted in a lazy start, causing many attendees to detach earlier only.
Superficial Sharing of Information?
Even when the content eventually began, it failed to meet the expectations set by the workshop’s promotional material. Raj shared information that appeared overly basic, lacking the depth one would anticipate from an advanced AI technology workshop.
Attendees were treated with primary explanations that failed to provide meaningful insights or practical applications of ChatGPT. This lack of structure left participants questioning the value of their investment in the workshop.
Unnecessary Speculation on Future Changes:
This aspect of the workshop was the unnecessary discussion about the changes expected in the workshop by 2025. Given that we were in January 2024, such speculative discussions seemed out of place and irrelevant.
Attendees were left wondering why valuable time was diverted to a topic that held no immediate relevance.
This deviation from the present hindered the workshop’s purpose and left a sense of dissatisfaction among participants.
Boring Explanations by Raj Kunkolienkar
The delivery of content also played a pivotal role in my disappointment. The explanations provided by Raj were boring and lacked the enthusiasm needed to captivate an audience.
The workshop became a struggle to stay engaged, with many participants finding it difficult to maintain focus during the tedious explanations.
A more dynamic and engaging presentation style could have significantly improved the overall experience.
Utilization of GPT 4 (Premium Version):
Another drawback worth noting was the exclusive use of ChatGPT 4, the premium version. While this choice may have been made for its advanced capabilities it separated participants who could not afford the premium version.
This decision created a clear divide among attendees, leaving a part of the audience feeling neglected and unable to participate in the hands-on exercises fully.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, the STOA ChatGPT Workshop, hosted by Raj Kunkolienkar, fell short of expectations in multiple aspects. From the delayed start of meaningful content to the use of exclusive premium versions, the workshop left much to be desired.
The lack of depth in the material, with the unsatisfied delivery, made it difficult to justify the time and resources invested.
Regrettably, I must give a rating of 1 out of 5 to this workshop, indicating its failure to deliver on the promises made in the promotional materials.
As consumers, we deserve workshops that offer substantial and engaging content, and unfortunately, this one missed the mark.
